The bargaining committee would only like to make a small change to this article. Most union grievances must be filed within 20 business days of their occurrence. After this point, the union can no longer file one. In this proposal, the committee seeks to ensure that for grievances related to harassment and/or discrimination, faculty have up to 365 days from the date that the harassment/discrimination occurred to file a grievance.
